Server problem
Ever since my ip changed, my server won't appear on the server list. I took a screenshot of my router settings and bzfs settings:

I'm honored that iBZEdit.zip is on your desktop.
Anyway looked it over...
Goto System preferences->Network and see what your LAN IP is and check it against 192.168.2.37
then goto http://whatismyip.com
And check it against 68.225.234.232
Thought: If somebody host banned 68.*.*.* that would ban most of america... (My IP is always 68 or in the 200's)

I had this issue once when my ISP changed my IP several times in a row.
Remember: When your IP changed, you *must* edit your .conf file to reflect the new number. You know how you have to put your updated IP number in the cinfig file... and if you use DNS service, make sure your DNS for your domain points to your new IP addy.
This is basic, simple stuff that can and will hang you up for HOURS if you aren't tedious about it.
Make sure your .conf file is pointing to the right IP
