This is the screen I play on >:)
Was messin around 2night with a friends computer.
We hooked it up to a gigantic CRT ol' screen.
Dad cut out a big ol' hole in the wall to make it look like a plasma-type
Anyway, this is what we were fraggin' on tonight.
You can believe it if you want to, but I promise there was absolutely no photo editing. (Although it is pretty believable)

I think I played on a TV once. It was alright. Of course, I don't have that option anymore since I'm in the dorm room now, and using my TV wouldn't be any different since they're the same thing.
I could use my rommate's TV, but my old 21" CRT is bigger anyway.

what do you use? keyboard? or Mouse? I found the joystick was a little better than a keyboard, more smoother, but it was hard to group your shots close together,Whoa, i have always wanted to play bzflag with a joystick, is it harder/ easyer?
But still, Nothing ever beats a mouse.
Beware! I'm going to clone myself and spread those clones all over the world!

hah! i beat you all! we had a big charity bzflag tournament at school....
we got a massive (25 ft-ish screen) projector in our lecture theatre. and some 6ft-ish size ones in various classrooms.
we had players in each of the small classrooms with projectors all around school, and an observer on the big lecture theatre one so people could watch.
later on me and some mates went and played on the big screen with a wireless keyboard.

how about the London Leicester Square Odeon cinema - the biggest indoor screen in the UK (or even europe i think).
i went to see all three lord of the rings there. It's huge! it has 3 floors of seats, like in a theatre. we had prime seats in the circle. we had to book months in advance

That's awesome !
If my school would know (and love) BZFLag, we could do a similar contest
But nobody of my school wants to know about BZFlag... they preffer playing Counterstrike, Half-Life and so on
And a 25 ft Screen is impossible
I had a old 23" CRT - Monitor, and this monitor could heat up my room in 2 hours in Winter.
I wish, i could play BZFlag on a that huge screen...or to take part in a contest in my school... if there will be one...hopefully
