I would post scrns, but I cant get it into BZEdit, theres a physics driver somewhere..

Create a text file, put all the stuff BZEdit doesn't like in there. When you open it in BZEdit, delete the lines of the non-bzedit stuff, and when you need to test it, just copy the stuff into the map file.

It's not going to work in BZEdit, I hand coded it.

Thumper is hosting it on "bzflag.norang.ca:5177 2 CASTLES by Inferno".

Looking at it now, I see it's all mesh. Did you really, really hand code that all? Wow, that's A LOT of time to spend.
