How can I load plugin, -loadplugin /path/to/the/plugin/recordmatch
What is that /path/to/the/plugin/? What I must type there?

You would type the ... path to the plugin file. If it's a plugin that was built with your server and you used 'make install' to install everything, you can exclude the path and the extension and just give the rest of the plugin filename. (Example, -loadplugin logDetail instead of -loadplugin /usr/local/lib/bzflag/logDetail.so)
