Just a little confused

I was playing at Easy Tanks server, and this showed up in the chat box.

[Name] Local collision with 2304 from [name]

What exactly does this mean?

it means you have extended observer on and your client thinks that the person you are driving with got shot. They may not have gotten shot depending on your lag vs the shooters lag vs the players lag.
