There is a way to know if someone have submit a reply to my topics in the forum with e-mail? It mean, whene someone write on my topic in the forums and submit a reply, how can I do that I get an e-mail where is written that, for example: brad have submit a reply to your "admin and group DBs" topic. How can I do that?

when you submit the new topic tick the box that says Notify me when a reply is posted before you Submit

And if you forget to do that or it is not your topic and you want to "watch" it, click the "Subscribe topic" link in the footer of every topic page.
