who is your favorite map creator?
I'm flattered, but I don't think I have ever made a map. That doesn't mean that I haven't, I just may not remember it because of my age...Rebel wrote:donny baker.and my favourite person flat out is winny hes cool and smart.

In the month I was born, here are events that happened:
1. Mariner 4 flyby of Mars takes the first close-up photos of another planet.
2. US President Lyndon B. Johnson signs the Social Security Act of <year> into law, establishing Medicare and Medicaid.
3. Newport Folk Festival: Bob Dylan goes electric.
4. IN MUSIC, the Rolling Stones' signature single ''(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction'' is a chart-topper
5. And in the UK, Edward Heath beat off his rivals in the Conservative leadership contest triggered by the unexpected resignation of Sir Alec Douglas-Home.

In other words, you're not really that old. (honestly, you're only a little over a decade older than me).
And the lesson for tonight is:
Never underestimate the ability of a newb to expect instant success and cry "cheat!" when they don't get it. Don't hate the newb, just give them plenty of learning opportunities.

Louman is definitely my favourite map maker. Pity no one goes on Lasermania anymore

anyway i love louman's map
None taken. Over 30% of the players who use the forum appear to be over 30 [see link below] , so us "grand dads" are out there (and no I'm not one yet, thank god my oldest is 14). We started the video game revolution and no one ever told us to stop. Remember, we played the original green screen Battle Zone arcade game that this is based on, IN THE ARCADE. I can still remember the first time I played pong over at a friends house. His dad worked at Sears and brought one home the first day they arrived at the store...Ha You Got Shot By Me wrote:no offense donny but you seem pretty old to me. your ld enough to be my grand dad no offense. i cant believe some1 your age would still play video games. ok im sry donny if i insulted you.

The mapmaker who did this really huge map with lava and rocks and two rockets and those hidden caves and the "rainbow gate" and and and. Isn't it anomaly!? And hows the map called again? Something like "brave new world"!?
However that's the most interesting map I ever played. It is not all about killing but about exploring new secrets
