This ebuild works, but it's all over the place, the source is tagged bzflag-2.0.10RC1, but extracts to bzflag-2.0.9 (no rc at all?) so took a bit of poking around to make work. Save it as /usr/local/portage/games-action/bzflag-2.0.9_rc1.ebuild and digest it... # Copyright 1999-2006 Gentoo Foundation...

Well, with most of the work done by Legolas_, there are now two Mac 'Bundles', just download, unzip and go** I did the Windows version, and that's a self extracting .exe file, again run and go. AT the moment they are 3 torrent file the urls of which are located here **you need to change the texture ...

Is it up already and if it isn't then do you know when it will possibly be up? ... You can find the map at sqrt.homelinux.org:5154. It's a 5-person rabbit hunt. CBG, you make me smile, I often think if trying to characterize you and animate you in blender; I can never work out if you should be a sm...

Once somebody works out the best was to construct these strips quickly and efficiently from standard mesh code, we can possibly make some headway in actually making a stripifier. That seems to be the way forward. So, I'm looking for clarification of what I have understood, Tristip, strip of 3 vert ...

z[h]ero, if you do enough research to be able to explain to me how it works, I'll write the script to animate static meshes for you.

EDIT: OK, I looked at the complicated example, someone explain WTF tristrip and tris mean we should be good to go.....

I have used both inside and outside with a high degree of success just by scaling the mesh up a bit, setting the verts as outside, the scaling down and setting them as inside. Obviously they do have to be inside and outside, so as JeffM says, on a concave mesh some poking around would be required to...

If it's fixed then ignore it. If you would still like to know how to switch it off, post you xorg.conf. Ahh, gone are the days when iptables rulesets and xfree86-config were the bread and butter of Linux users.... EDIT: Use grep -v "#\|^;" /etc/X11/xorg.conf |sed '/./!d' to get clean xorg....

You are still using direct rendering (and therefore the nasty old chipset), comment out the line

Code: Select all

load "dri"
in you /etc/X11/xorg.conf file.

Ill work on putting BZWTools on the BZFlag wiki, if thats OK with you, Teppic. Sure, that's fine. If you create an account at my wiki you can probably cut and paste most of the formatted pages into yours. the author has not chosen to turn the code over to the main project, so we can not include it ...
