BZEdit doesn't texture anything. And AFAIK, you can't texture a teleporter.

That's because, AFAIK, iBZedit doesn't support textures.

A GU match server in New Zealand or Australia would not be amiss. :) What's involved? I mean, how many players (bandwidth considerations), does anyone need server-level access? Bandwidth wise, if your server becomes very popular, I would say you would run through about 200GB/mo. No one else would n...

You can set server variables in the map file. Have a look here for a list of all the server variables: http://my.bzflag.org/w/Server_Variables

You seem to be asking a lot of questions, all of which could be answered by a simple wiki search.

I looked up emission and ambient at http://m-w.com and got this: Emit: To throw or give off or out (as light or heat) Ambient: Existing or present on all sides As for the textures, you would probably create a meshbox ( http://my.bzflag.org/w/Meshbox ) then add a material to it ( http://my.bzflag.org...

You can't change dir (cd) and run a different command at the same time (well, you can do it on unix systems, not sure about windows though). Try doing this: cd c:\program files\bzflag2.0.10 then do this: bzfs -j +r -world "Cover!!.bzw" ***EDIT*** Apparently you can run multiple commands at...

If you really are going to be making maps pretty consistently, I would suggest you learn how to run a map through the command line.

In public servers you tend to get people who switch to the winning side, quit and rejoin if their scores are bad etc.. I'm assuming such behaviour is forbidden in leagues. In match servers, people usually are playing for their team, so they don't switch to the other team. In the CTF leagues, player...

There are in fact several teams who welcome new or unexperienced players into their team and help them learn the various aspects of that league.
