when I try to make a batch file to test a bz map my command prompt say that a C:\ drive doesn't exist or a C\: or any other permutation for that matter all that works is C: but bzfs deoesn't seem to like that and I can't get my test server to show up on the list ?

that is when the batch file is running or at least trying to

open the batch file in the text editor

(I moved the bzfs to C:
whan I do C:\ the command promt says it's not a internal or externa; commad

only C: works

here it says

C:\>C: bzfs.exe -conf C: serverconf.txt

that is just about what the batch file says

I tried to host a map on a server for a short time to test It but the doing it through a dos baych file doesn't work. I would like for someone to host if possible a 4 map rotation for me ? Can anyone do this?

but when I do get a host how wil I control what is on the hosting server

when you get a web hosting company to host for you how do you get access to the server is it just a internet line that comes into your house or do you need to do everything in code in a command prompt or shell or console or what ?

but if I did wanna use the base top or standard texture in the data folder would the way I put down work?

could you give me a real example of what it would look like not just a "put your text here" kinda thing?

you can't host a map on 60gig a month you need at least 100gig. Probably 200 preferebly
