219 in 10 minutes can be pulled off easily. If you team-flag-geno optimally once every 10 seconds to a 10-man team, you could potentially have 600 points by then. Though dying 31 times probably meant you spent much longer than you had to (Or you got team-flag-geno killed a few times).

Usually it ends up being look in the source code for the nitty gritty. A collaborative effort to document things down to the nitty gritty of BZFlag would be amazing. (That's what the wiki's for by the way)
