Sending Messages to People while playing

How do you "send message to Recipient" or "send message to Nemesis"? I looked on the Help page, but the font is too small to read

No, no, no, that's not what I mean...
What I mean is how people send a message to just one person, thier nemesis (person that they killed/were killed by) or recipient (someone else)

Press . to send a private message.

Press , to send a message to the person who just killed you.

Use <- and -> to change the recipent.

You can't send a message to their nemisis or their teammates. You can only send messages to ether:

Your teammates
Your nemisis
A specific person
Everyone

The main keys are <N> (All), <M> (Teammate), <,> (Nemisis) , and <.> (Private Message). To use these keys, press one of these keys and type in your message. For nemisis and private, use the left and right keys to select the reciepent.
