yay more flags in windows

I upgrated my server to 2.0.5b4 today and to my suprise...

I had over 20 flags and I have 20 people on my server!

I have no idea what changed in teh bzfs but I can add more flags and people can still join!

(before if I had over 10 flags only 3 could join)

bzfs did not change to "allow" more flags. Ether your build was bad, or you had something misconfigured.

it has something to do with udp

I have no idea what, but with udp enabled, and 30 flags only 4 ppl can join

without udp 20 can join

I have no idead what the heck is happening

udp on is the defualt. TCP only would be bad.

what all did you change in your config?

nothing at all.

same config ( just added more flags)

just new bzfs version(2.0.5b4)
