I was reading the things that will go in future releases and Custom Tanks was one. I know it will defiantly be for looks, but will there be any bonuses to different things. Like different setups give different bonuses. For example one could make the tank turn a little faster, or go faster, or reload faster. Not necessarily as much as flags boost you, but maybe just a little, where really good players in GU and 1v1 could make a big difference with little changes.

Not as part of simply redoing the tank drawing system. We do want to change our simulation system to allow many of the current "BZDB variables" to be applied on a per tank basis instead of for all tanks. This would let plugins or other gameplay mods be made that could do more of what you are talking about.

Ohh, ok, I thought it as just a different tank look, so I thought i would throw my 2 cents in, but If that is implanted that would be cool, and add a whole new level to the game.
