wierd texture problem

I was converting a user made map from mm2 with the proper permits but when i loaded into the game this wierd thing with the texture happened. I used 3ds max 9 exported a .obj with a .mtl loaded into modeltool_win1.8.4 than started my sever.

Ether your normals or your UV coordinates are wrong.

I agree, I've found several exporters that mess up UV coordinates. (like wings3d)
