Invisible Land

Post by CUPCAKE »

Thanks to chunk's glassworld for the idea, and Tanner for making me understand how to make everything invisible.
This is a 2 team CTF map, Green vs. Purple. The point is to be able to use your radar and make your way around the map to capture the flag. To make it a bit easier, I made the map size smaller. Also, I made the map quite simple so that it's not too hard to make your way around.
Options are in the map file. If someone feels like hosting this, be sure to add more flags.

donny_baker and I played on it against each other, IT WAS SO HARD! :P it really was. It is cool but the thing is you can't tell how tall the walls are. you know they are there but you can't tell when you have to start your jump to get over it, especially in the base area. If i could make one suggestion it would be to make at least the base area at .2 or something as far as the transparency goes. Thats just what i think other people opinion may vary. other wise, nice! :D

Very cool map. Nice thinking.

Yeah - maybe give the base area a little less tranparency, I had a hard time figuring how to get back in (but maybe I'm missing something).

Well... I made the base that way so that it wouldn't be too easy to capture the flag. It's not that hard once you figure out how its made...
