UDP trouble
I'm having problems with udp, on some servers i get kicked for shooting... any help?

That will probably answer you question. Assuming BZ is asking you to turn on your UDP

Some servers require a UDP connection, others leave it optional.
If you are getting UDP-kicked at a server that you want to play, you are going to have to enable UDP, to play there.
UDP makes everything play smoother.

Routers, like everyone said, are the cause of that. For me, i was getting that message too, unless i checked a box in my roiter "enable gaming mode". that allowed UDP. (if you cant get to fix, maybe u should tell us ur router manifacturer and model)
