Flag limited to 100

[webstrand]

I am running my server on webstrand.gotdns.org:5154 and i cant have this:

 #Number of superflags that must exist at all times
+s 90

#Number of superflags that may exist at any time
-s 100

#Mandatory flags
+f GM{90} 

but i can have this:

 #Number of superflags that must exist at all times
+s 60

#Number of superflags that may exist at any time
-s 80

#Mandatory flags
+f GM{60} 

also with the above code it takes the server 1/2 hour to place all 60 flags . Any help will be greatly appreciated.
