Not using UDP

I am running XP sp2 with Norton Internet Security. Several sites state that I am not using UDP - like Secretplace, even though my settings say that I am. I have enabled UDP on all of my firewall and virus protection stuff, so what gives? How can I convience these worlds that I really am using UDP?

in opstions right obove "save world" there is a UPD on/off thingy

I did that first!! and it did not seem to convience any of the affected sites.
