What is the Strength Index?
The Strength Index is a rough measurement of a player's skill which basically means, if a player has a higher Strength Index than you have, that means they are better than you. :-P The exact formula for the Strength Index is:
($score / $wins) * abs($score / 2)
High Score 36
Low Score -72
High Strength Index 7.2
Low Strength Index -169
High Kill Ratio 1
Low Kill Ratio -13
Most Wins 98
Most Losses 114

Perhaps the player stats should only keep history for registered players (i.e., display stats for all current players, but discard stats for non-registered players once they leave the game).
This would avoid the stats being cluttered by scores from bots. And on the subject of bots, perhaps stats shouldn't be kept if there are bots in the game.

Ooo, I didn't know we were all being watched! I'll have to change my callsign when I'm not playing "for real" now
I agree there's not much use to those stats though if it allows bot kills to count, and someone who nicks your callsign. I recognise at least one player on the high list who played a lot on tadd's GM map which had lots of bots as a feature, so scores were always high.
