Thats the 2nd time, that this error comes...

Can you provide more details for the error? MD5 isn't an error, it's a way to hash data so it can't be easily read. I believe BZFlag uses it for passwords.

It's possible to get an "MD5 Error" on bzflag, Tangent.
IIRC, someone said something about lack of HD space, but that may be unrelated or only one of many possible causes.

Well, we don't have much info, so I'm not sure if this will help, but... First off, make sure you have free space on the drive that contains your My Document. Also make sure that My Documents isn't using a UNC path.

there are no "my documents" cause the server is a real server and not a home server.

And it says only ERROR: md5

we also generate a MD5 hash for the map file. if it's on the server, that is probably what it's referring too.

Guess it would have helped if he told us where the error was showing...and if we got the exact error message. So far, the only MD5 error I'm seeing is in the client. "Error on md5. Removing offending file."

Error on md5. Removing offending file.
Yep this Error, and the OS is Debian :)
