Most useless flag ever
I wandered what flag you usually drop directly after you grab it, because it just doesn't help you in any way. Please vote!
Personally I think Masquerade is more useless than the Useless flag will ever be!

Yeah...US is not as useless as you might think of it. ;o)
I like PZ because without changing to observer mode you can explore a map and you can confuse new players who shot through you and you are not exploding...
The only flag I really don't like is MG. The shot distance is too short to use the advantage of a low reload time, but that's only what I think of it.

US(useless, not United States) if useful, because while the guy is checking if you have laser, SW or whatever, you kill him.
PZ is only useful on maps with lots of teles, or teles in crowded places. you pop into the Ghost realm, wait for someone to pass the tele, go through and, BAAAM!!! That never happens though, because no maps utilize PZ right, making it suck, but if they actually make a map for PZ, it'd be fine. The "goodness" of flags all depends on the map. PZ sucks because no maps use it right.

@me1
You can do it with every flag, not only with us
And no one is checking what flag you have, when he is behind you, he will check it when he is 1km afar of you

Yes, it is. Useless has no use. If you get it, immediately drop it, since it won't do anything for you. Phantom zone has an infinite amount of more uses than useless.
Useless uses: 0
PZ Uses: (whatever you want it to be)
Even if you multiply useless uses by itself an infinite amount of times, it is still worse than pz. (0xinfinity=0)

It depends on the setting. If you play at Badgerking's, then MG is a bad flag to be up against because the shot distance is set much longer. In some ways it is more deadly than laser.strayer wrote:The only flag I really don't like is MG. Not quite. One use is to foil a thief.A Vicious Muffin wrote:Useless uses: 0

You can kill other zoned tanks when you have PZ. Also, PZ can be quite useful for transport and harassment of tanks. US also has it's uses for faking people out that you have a flag.Geo Dude wrote:i still think pz is the most useless in my opinion cause if u zoned u can't kill but u can die so... its retarded.and w/ useless u can kill and die so its still usefull
And please, this is a forum, not instant messaging. You can type out the words fully and use a some grammar. It'd make everyone's life easier.

Heh,
Really, when you look at it, there really isn't such a thing as a 'useless flag'. Each flag can have its use, like US used for counter-THing, PZ for confusing opponents that fight by radar or for corrupting a GM lock so your teammates can take them out.
But other than that, I'm surprised flags like RF and MG made it on the list. Those are excellent close to mid-range weapons and actually give you an edge due to the high-speed shots and rapid reload rates. If you ever are fighting with those flags, get in a position where you can be as close as possible to your opponent and get them to jump/fall to reach you. And when you do fire your weapon, fire it in short bursts of one or two shots. This time, because the shots move fast, it's harder to dodge and you don't need to fire multiple shots.
