Share trees?

Post by capt_crunch »

Hi LouMan,

I've started a discussion about an aerial combat map that uses trees, and was wondering if you'd be interested in helping. The discussion is here:

http://my.bzflag.org/bb/viewtopic.php?t=5638

I don't know if anyone in the discussion has experience in making maps. But I thought perhaps we could use your tree definition as a start. Or even your entire Mystic Valley map, with a few modifications to available flags and obstacle definitions (allow tanks to land on tree branches and shrubs).

What do you think?

Brennen, i think louman should decide this. Louman may be okay with it, as long as he gets credit for it.

-Great job with your maps Louman

The moving butterfly started as an animated gif, which I transformed into a singe image, with each frame of the animation side-by-side. Then texture matrix and dynamic color was used in bzw file to animate.

Open Butterfly.bzw file from: http://my.bzflag.org/bb/viewtopic.php?t=5634 for details.
