Here's what you do, take a pen and write "text" on your monitor. And if you can't see it, let us know and we can set up an appointment for you. Otherwise, if you do see it great. Just don't tell us that you can't. BTW, this worked for me as I'm sure it will for you.

lag is basically the amount of time it takes the shots and tank positions and other info to go from your computer to the server. If you have a crappy isp (like dial-up or slow dsl) your lag will usually be higher. Also, lag gets higher the more people on the server. Actually lag is the time it take...

Some of the faces randomly roatate the texture by 90 degrees?

I'm using normals, and 4 verteces per a face...and I tried it with all faces using texcoords:

And about wings, not every server uses them! Maybe someone could conivnce them that there are servers without wings.

Sounds like a problem beyond bzflag. Obviously your internet is working..cause you made a post. Are you sure you haven't done anything concerning the internet between last time you ran bzflag and now?

I could do this......but my plugin would be like a relay server (say it's on port 5154, and bzfs is on port 5153. The plugin forwards all messages from the client to the server and so forth, with afew eceptions), and written in the perl scripting language.
