Well, I have all this extra BW that I dont use between the 4 or 5 sites hosted. So here's the deal, I'll gladly host most any bz related website, so long as it is bz related in some fasion. Whether it be a team website or a league site of sorts, even a map hosting site. Images and maps can be hosted...

why cant you compile. there must be some reason that it doesnt work... and also, try gentoo. if you can get suse going, gentoo shouldnt be too much harder... and you can just use portage to compile it all for you with 1 command... that and ive never had a problem compiling anything on here except fo...

none that i know of... but i believe they adhere to the limitations of user flags as well (e.g., a shockwave WW is as large and stays as long as a normal flagged shockwave)

not positive on it, maybe someone else can elaborate on it further...

to number 1, most people use global groups and global logins... certain users get certain privs by being in certain groups. perms per group set locally.

i dont know if they have physical access to the system ... theyd need it to get everything proper, or at least get the company that has the server to do it. but i do remember them saying it was colo'd cheap or free... something along those lines. and that causes very little support. but all the same...

i think the way to do it, being that there is so many leagues, is to get all league admins to agree to use a php coded xml/rss feed that will make a list of users by team. this will allow all leagues to work together by letting players search by the league, then organize by team... that can work in ...
