Someone already made this and it was called "Last Tank Standing".
I suppose the team switching part could be adopted to that plugin.

Re: iPhone Style Icons
anyways, does it need to work great? how often would you pull out your iphone and get on bzadmin to talk to basicly a chat room? No, I don't. Why, because it's an inconvenience. If there was a simple app the allowed me to see servers, join, auth without any trouble, I would more often. Why? Because...

Re: Apple iOS Port WIP
Cool stuff.
Maybe before porting the entire game over, start with a simple BZAdmin client?
Also, if you do, make sure it has iPad support, please and thank you!
P.S. There are some nice iOS icons here -> http://my.bzflag.org/bb/viewtopic.php?f=43&t=16818

EDIT: Bambino and I posted at the same time, basically saying the same thing.
Anyways, overall BZFlag is dying, so there's not really a point putting much time/effort into it anyways.

Re: Twisted
As for the bug, happens with weird shift/spins/etc on arcs (and sometimes boxes).
If you 360 from all of the spins I doubt blast will run into that problem again.

Re: LogDetail
If your running bzfs, you should be able to compile your own plugins.
Last I remember there's a good guide on the wiki, if not in the forums.
One last note, windows bzfs are awful. Large jitter, flag limits, etc are a few of the disadvantages. Try Linux, its much better.

Nice site strayer.strayer wrote:It would look like for the flags then.
A few things I noticed: LG is not part of 2.0.10 and CS is part of trunk.
Also, this information should probably be put on the wiki. Never knew there was a lag flag

You wouldn't have jitter if it was hosted on a half-way decent server.Mitch Buchannon wrote:I´ve tried to fix some jitter... 10 to 12ms is too much?

I only wish someone would make a BZAdmin app native to iOS Yeah, because using a terminal app and ssh-ing is just so hard. It's not hard. But, it's not easy either. Most terminal apps on the app store are pricy. They also don't work "great". A bzadmin app native to the iphone wouldn't req...

I swear there was some code I saw once that had something to the effect of "don't spawn here because you'll get hit by a bullet"...
Maybe it was in the autopilot code? But I can't remember, and it could be other places.

Re: Guide on How to Run a BZFlag Server on Mac OS X
Please note, iBZServer should really *only* be used to run personal test or local servers.
Running full-time servers with iBZServer is just silly and you should really learn how to use the command line. It's basically the same thing. WIthout a nice interface
