i think its a good idea to differentiate genocide bullets from regualr bullets .

i think that's a good idea . many tk'ers and cheaters will stop once an admin warns them ...and play "nice" . but when the admin isn't looking , paying attention , or leaves for alil bit , they go on a tk rampage again and leave before u can get their IP# . so maybe the /watchlist can temp...
