How do you think it is possioble for this program get input without kernel support for the device you are trying to use? If you own one of the 10 devices listed in the driver config and can build specific support into the kernel for it lucky you. But that still leaves you with the choice of building...

I've done a quick and *very dirty* hack of qjoypad, tailoring the mouse support to work with bzflag a bit better (absolute position as opposed to relative).
