This sounds like a server problem, not loading the map. But I'm curious;
The conf file and the BZFS terminal are entirely different,
I cant see how it would interfere when you start BZFS,
not when it loads your .bzw file. Typo?

OK, first, if you want to know all the variables (the changeable odds n' ends in a server), go to any server, (includes local servers) and type in the chatbox /set . this will give you ALL the server variables, or vars for short. You can either use a text editor,or, my favorite, BZEdit.
BZEdit can be found Here. And to make a map in notepad,
