Ok this is a bit off-topic but some of the popular servers are just plain unaccessible to me. E.g. planet-mofo which has over 1 MB download in wallpapers often can't load, bzexcess.com lags so much I can't talk on bzadmin, bzextreme.com too...

Your server seems to have unstable lag. Sometimes I am even worse off there than at a US server.

I've tried using _teleportTime and it has ABSOLUTELY NO EFFECT on teleporters. I was told it's supposed to create a delay when a bullet goes in. However, nothing of that kind happens. I get as low as the high 10s and up to 40 I guess. It suppose it's a bit low but I'm not sure exactly what it represents.

Not really a problem except when I only see 4 frames a second when textures are on.
