found Rings on bzgirl....., but it won't accept a connection.

not a problem. i'm curious about why my client locked up with weapons world death. actually, it didn't lock up completely. I couldn't respawn, but I could rejoin. strange.

Tried this. Got stuck in one building and accidentally shot myself before I figured my way out. Stupid, huh? :) Discovered that if I got killed by the world weapon, it hung my client (same computer as server, WinXP w/ latest updates, 1.10.2 distribution (.4 textures are too difficult to distinguish)...

Well, I'm not real worried about the server admins with my password, either. Certainly, I used a password for the server that is completely different from the myriad of passwords I use on other systems about which I am more concerned. I was primarily worried about other users monitoring the message ...

This might not be the correct forum for this submission, and if not, please accept my apology. I "registered" on a server for the first time today. I got help from sportchick and gjkg (thanks, both of you) because someone else had registered my name on secretplace. I never tried before, so...
