duplicate the faces in blender and reverse there facing. then just export it. it'll be seen as 2 faces, but ... That is how the twosided setting exports faces (I don't remember how it's set, but you can do it) HOWEVER, I would advise against it if at all possible, make a very very thin box instead,...

I just did a search through the project files for setEuler, you seem to have found them all (well, all the affected files), so I will update the affected ones now I know it works, and update the SVN sources. Thanks for your help. EDIT: The sources are now up to date, and I updated Scene.getCurrent()...

you'd have to modify the client. That's what I have done, I'll hunt out the patch... And no, it wasn't hard. I have a hackish way of doing it, the client starts in a 10x10 window, logs on, starts itself in autopilot mode, and minimizes itself. Once it's running minimized it uses nothing for gfx processing, I can get 12~15 running on a 3.2G P4 with 1/2 gig of ram.

Re: Blender/Python error with BZWTools 2.0.4 Beta 2

I get this error from Python using BZWTools 2.0.4 Beta 2 (latest SVN) I tried making a base and got this error, so I tried a box. I also have Python 2.5 installed as well as 2.4 Compiled with Python version 2.4. Checking for installed Python... got it! Blender.Scene.getCurrent() is deprecated, use ...

This map is really cool, I just spent 90 minutes there, there can be spawn camping very easily, they just keep popping up in front of your cannon, but a bit of strategic tking soon sorted that problem out.

Nice work R3laX.

AFAIK Louman is the only person to make much sense of it (after Trepan of course). If you know what you want to do, you can find Trepan in the IRC channel from time to time.

I think that the Idea for some of those maps is to not have Radar at all. so wouldnt the kinnda defeat the point? Yes, it would. Even if this flag were to give an advantage on these maps, it would be way to high of one. Skilled players would lurk in-between the shadows of hide-and-seek-hills, and h...

This is why it's worth checking the lag of players from time to time, so you can shoot early/late dependent on your+their lag.

You should have a 'def con' status in the hud, a small square green square getting redder the further away from home and closer to the enemy base it is, it can have a green border if its in safe hands, yellow if it's dropped and red if it's in enemy hands.

There is a very simple .obj archive here.
If anyone cares to convert it to a blender friendly format, I'll take a look at fixing the .obj importer.

I know it's an odd request, but I'm not going to install/uninstall erlang, esdl and wings, just to run wings for 20 seconds.

But you can sort SW out so it's slow enough that one shot lasts about 5 minutes.

I had a copy of Overlord running on my test server when I was trying to the the blender tools debugged, it had no superflags, and when there was 4 or more players on it everyone concentrated on CTF, it was great to watch the teamwork that can be produced when people aren't hunting for laser or GM.
