Wow thats a really good map, but I dont think laser is so good because its an easy kill Maybe you should first have the map with lasers, and if it is a problem, gone. I once had a problem like this: I cannot remember how it was fixed! Vague idea: find a way to turn whatever it is that spins up to be constantly on. That sound reminds me of when I am playing a 3D game on knoppix (linux on dvd) and it makes that sound when I start a new program or something. ...

Is the sound a constant sound, or does it sound like something powering up (going from low to high)?

Nice map! I played there recently, Strange, I jumped at a wall and went right through. I checked my lag and it was not bad -- maybe on my side. However, some one else was talking about how he found some place where he would get stuck on the wall and then could "squeeze" through or something.

Well I'll give it a shot and report back. Thanks again.

asking if they can change their proxy settings to be compliant with sites that are flagged not to be cached?
I do not quite understand this. How could they do that? Or should I just ask and see what happens? - it doesn't seem like they would change their whole system just for me.

Someone else suggested "Maybe try clearing cookies, cache, etc. "
How would I go about doing that, or would that not help?

Gm dodge their way up to the tower and kill them, asuming the camper doesn't run and other players don't foolishly kill you. Yeah, often when someone has devised a plan someone kills them on their way to getting the camper. I know I would -- campers don't bother me that much, especially when I camp...

1) check the password (they are case sensitive ) in game. 2) ask your ISP if they use a caching proxy server, if so see if you can get around it. I know the problem does not lie in #1. I have typed and re-typed and re-re-retyped, hoping that was the problem, checking caps lock, etc. As for #2, I us...

Global Login Rejected?

I have had for I think a year, a problem where occasionally when I log in I get the message "Global login rejected; bad token." Yes, I have my password right and have tried re-typing, and changing "#set list http://my.BZFlag.org/db/" to "set list http://my.BZFlag.org:81/db/&...

Yeah it is kind of agitating when there is an obvious cheater and there are polls not passed in the presence of a bunch of registered users. However, sometimes if the tker is not on their team, they have no motivation to even pay attention to the vote. I don't know how that could be changed.

Glow - Your tank glows so you can see close around you.

That Glow flag could also be viewed as a bad flag -- if your tank is really glowing other tanks will easily spot you.

Nice ideas though. You make it, I'll play it. :)
