i meant the Z scale height a limit on that so that it produces a random number beteen 0 and what you specified (it shold be 0 by default) so you want me to allow the user to set the max hieght? instead of the 0(on the floor) for a normal box? that would effect ALL boxes not just one or two... if so...

I don't see a file attachment, either. If you want, I'll convert this into a full Win32 app. when i am finished with the code i guess you can i dont know how myself so i wouldnt be much help you know qbasic? I know qbasic. But I don't see where it would help in this instance. Perhaps you ment V-bas...

year i did and ive donloaded it and it works its so cool i think that it needs more options like more boxes and mabey (and i do know how hard it is) a setable maximuim height limit okay be more specific: more boxes as in limits? you can have from 40-250 depending on world size...use the help comman...

let see the map first upload it in this thread so we can go into bzedit and see whats wrong if the tele is sitting ON an object its Z needs to = the Z of the object + object thickness if the z = 0(zero) it should go thru fine on the floor generally if you move a tele even .01 up from Z of zero(0) on...

But world weapons are 2.0.4 'server' objects... many simple 2.0.x objects are just as simple as a pyramid. But then again, I can't find any use for 2.0.x objects in BZRand yet... it is probably better the way it is right now. :D Suppose I shouldn't blab on about it too much, as I haven't even tried...

here is another snapshot of a map made with bzrand http://www.cruzan.info/bz.png it has a number of cool shapes ziggaruts tunnels trees pools square bowls double Y's crosshairs and world weapons plus more varied box and pyr shapes... i didnt use bzedit to move somethings but you get the idea... a la...

Looking at the server list I see eight servers with a 200 player limit. (and they are all currently empty) Would it be possible for one of those servers to start using, let's say 100 bots? What is to prevent me from signing on with 100 bots? Would it be better if ten players signed on with 10 bots ...

here gerbil this is how you look at your maps to test them on your machine WIN98 right? to test it solo or solo with robots go to your bzflag directory put the map there... make a batch file or type this out in your bzflag directory ... bzfs -ms 3 -j +r -world "nameofmap.map" then make ano...
