Re: ubuntu intel 945GM low framerate

man i'm pretty silly :/ : how to elegantly delete the xorg.conf file, without dealing with permissions... googling it always says i should be very careful with the "rm" command?

so:

Code: Select all

rm /home/leviathan/.drirc
?

Re: ubuntu intel 945GM low framerate

changing the video format was no big of a change.. at 800x600 i had 42 fps instead of 30. and with the black stripes on the side its not really an option for me but worth trying. i created a xorg.conf file and got totally different lines , see my device section here: Section "Device" ### A...

Re: ubuntu intel 945GM low framerate

seems like we have something like a consensus. to sum up the last 3 answers: i need to create a xorg.conf file and write in a statement to disable vsync, at least i could try this. right?! one thing confuses me though: if i create that file like this easy-looking guide http://www.osguides.net/operat...

Re: ubuntu intel 945GM low framerate

when i first come into the duc league it felt like i joined a completely new game. the league experience is in my opinion far superior to public playing. the most important reason for that is of course the interaction with other players. and this is a large subject since i count making friends and d...

hey tanks i voted for 30 minutes only because i think a match is a match and has to be 30 minutes. i think this is some kind of rule. would be the same if you cut a soccer match, witch is 90 minutes long, down to 60 or even 45 minutes. next thing is that there might be long dicussions before every m...
