You just have to fiddle around with the "linear" values to get it to bounce you up just the right amount. Make sure you have _noClimb set to 0. Also make sure that you do NOT have a bottom face on the escalator, (a face opposite the escalator). This took me weeks to figure out for my eleva...

I don't see much reason for this -- I think dropping the team flag over a pyramid or slope to pass it to the middle is a better alternative.
