I agree and disagree with you, Const, on the mesh/meshbox/box thing. I think it does need to be fixed so there's only one type of geometry/physics, but it should probably be the mesh instead. Yeah, a lot of the maps now days are more eye candy than functional, but that's the fault of the map makers,...

Sounds like he's still running the 2.0 version of the game. If he upgrades to the 2.4 version of the game, he will see more servers. To explain a little bit on why this helps, 2.4 broke protocol with 2.0, so 2.0 clients can only talk to 2.0 servers and 2.4 clients can only talk to 2.4 servers. Afte...

I had the same issue a long time ago w/ Blast's server, it was an IP range ban and Blast had to whitelist me, you need to pm Brad and tell him about the problem, chances are you are in the middle of a range ban.

Just a thought, but why do we always match up the ChesVal and Riker Cups so close together instead of having one Spring/Fall and the other Summer/Winter? That way it's not a 6 month wait between all the big events.

IIRC, Ducati gets 0-0 matches occasionally, but its not as spectacular due to the shorter rounds and Ducati just seems to be a lower scoring map than HiX in general.

Sig, BZB is a team Battle Zone Bros, not BZBB, which is the forums I do agree though, I'd match if we could setup a time and this is a good way to arrange matches, although a slow way to.

you got 1 shot only, so you had to make it count, it kicked the person it hit off the server, almost impossible to hit people with one shot at mofo though, lag act funny there compared to other servers it seems like, and the flag was impossible to find, so it was fairly balanced.

you're trying to blame the game for the actions of a server, that's like accusing the gun company for a murder cause their gun was used in the shooting. This is an issue between you and PlanetMofo that needs to be handled between you and PlanetMofo, not you and BZflag.

If the game could support music, it would only be useful on the startup screen and mainmenu imo. However, there aren't any startup screens for the game and so many better things that could be done with the mainmenu than adding sound, stuff like mouse functionality, just my .02 on the theme suggestion.

If I'm lucky enough to make it on the Riker Cup team again, I'd even be willing to do in-tank broadcasting, IDK how well it would work though, Rikers takes a ton of concentration, the broadcasting would come second.
